I know that investing in your hair — especially with someone new — can feel like a big decision, so thank you for considering me to care for your new hair journey. I don’t take that trust lightly.
This page is here to guide you through everything you need to know before booking or arriving for your appointment, including policies, expectations, and helpful tips to make your visit smooth and enjoyable.

Salon Policy
Everyone deserves to feel safe, welcome, and respected in this space. Discriminatory, derogatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for misconduct, repeated tardiness, no-shows, or any other reason that disrupts the safe environment I work hard to provide.

Afterpay lets you split your total into 4 interest-free payments, made every 2 weeks. You'll pay the first installment at checkout, and the rest will be automatically charged every two weeks. No fees when you pay on time!

Product Return Policy

WORLDWIDE
No worries — it happens! If you purchased a product and it’s not working for you, you can return it to the salon within 30 days of purchase, as long as at least 75% of the product remains. I’ll gladly help you exchange it for something better suited to your curls.

Service Guarantee

I 100% guarantee all of my services. While I do not offer monetary refunds, I want you to love your curls and feel confident walking out of my salon. If something feels off or needs a small adjustment, I’m happy to make it right.
Please contact me within 10 days of your appointment so we can schedule a fix.
Cancellations,
No-Shows &
Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a self-employed stylist, last-minute cancellations or no-shows directly affect my ability to earn income and serve other clients.

All appointments are confirmed 72 to 48 hours in advance via text or email.

Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will require a 50% deposit of the missed service before rescheduling.

A second incident will require a 100% deposit to reschedule.

After a third incident, future appointments may no longer be accepted.
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply.
