We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting.
Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, will be subject to a cancellation fee.
For appointments that are canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. This fee helps compensate our stylists for their time and ensures that we can maintain the quality of service for all clients.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you find yourself running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment.
