Perfect for medium to long nails, this appointment allows full creative freedom — from detailed designs on all ten nails to statement sets that truly stand out. This extended time slot ensures every detail is perfected, giving you strong, beautiful nails that showcase your personality and style.
Cancellation Policy
At Sam’s Pretty Sassy, appointment times are personally reserved for each client, and your time is just as valuable as mine. As an independent stylist, I rely on clients showing up on time, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve others and earn a living. All appointments are confirmed 72–48 hours in advance via text or email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service will be required before rebooking. A second incident will require a 100% deposit, and a third may result in dismissal as a client. I stand behind the quality of my work and want you to love your hair, but I do not offer monetary refunds. If adjustments are needed, I’m happy to make changes within 10 days of your appointment. Disrespectful, derogatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct, lateness, or repeated no-shows.
