Service Description
Not quite ready to book a curly haircut? This consultation is a space to talk through your curls, your concerns, and your current routine. We’ll discuss what you’re experiencing with your hair and what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll go over what type of appointment would be the best fit for you—whether that’s a curly haircut, a curl lesson, or another service. This is designed to help you feel confident in your next step before committing to a service.
Cancellation Policy
At Sam’s Pretty Sassy, appointment times are personally reserved for each client, and your time is just as valuable as mine. As an independent stylist, I rely on clients showing up on time, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve others and earn a living. All appointments are confirmed 72–48 hours in advance via text or email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service will be required before rebooking. A second incident will require a 100% deposit, and a third may result in dismissal as a client. I stand behind the quality of my work and want you to love your hair, but I do not offer monetary refunds. If adjustments are needed, I’m happy to make changes within 10 days of your appointment. Disrespectful, derogatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct, lateness, or repeated no-shows.
