Cancellation Policy

At Sam’s Pretty Sassy, appointment times are personally reserved for each client, and your time is just as valuable as mine. As an independent stylist, I rely on clients showing up on time, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve others and earn a living. All appointments are confirmed 72–48 hours in advance via text or email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service will be required before rebooking. A second incident will require a 100% deposit, and a third may result in dismissal as a client. I stand behind the quality of my work and want you to love your hair, but I do not offer monetary refunds. If adjustments are needed, I’m happy to make changes within 10 days of your appointment. Disrespectful, derogatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct, lateness, or repeated no-shows.
