Ready to finally understand your curls and bring out their best? In this hands-on session, we’ll dive deep into the how and why of caring for your natural texture so you leave confident in styling your curls at home. Hands-On Styling & Drying: I’ll guide you step-by-step through styling your curls, from application to diffusing, so you can recreate the look yourself. Product Knowledge You Can Trust: Learn exactly how to use Innersense Organic Beauty products for your hair type and routine (with more brands coming soon!). Tailored Curl Education: We’ll cover techniques that work for your hair pattern, lifestyle, and hair goals. Take-Home Curl Kit: You’ll leave with a goodie bag filled with curl-friendly tools, product samples, and your exclusive Curl Guide link — your online portal to tips, refresh techniques, and more. Optional Add-On or Bundle: Book as a stand-alone appointment, add it to a haircut, or choose the full Curl Cut + Detox + Lesson bundle for the ultimate curl care experience.
Cancellation Policy
At Sam’s Pretty Sassy, appointment times are personally reserved for each client, and your time is just as valuable as mine. As an independent stylist, I rely on clients showing up on time, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows impact my ability to serve others and earn a living. All appointments are confirmed 72–48 hours in advance via text or email. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service will be required before rebooking. A second incident will require a 100% deposit, and a third may result in dismissal as a client. I stand behind the quality of my work and want you to love your hair, but I do not offer monetary refunds. If adjustments are needed, I’m happy to make changes within 10 days of your appointment. Disrespectful, derogatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and I reserve the right to refuse service for misconduct, lateness, or repeated no-shows.
